Eligibility: The contest is open to US citizens & legal permanent residents who are 18 years or older and have a business idea and are planning to pursue an SBA loan for startup funding.
YouTube Subscription: You must be subscribed to the ProjectionHub YouTube channel.
Application Form: Complete the application form on this page, answering all questions thoroughly and thoughtfully.
Submission Deadline: Submit your application by Sunday, March 16, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected based on the Judging Rubric and announced by Wednesday, March 19, 2025.
Permission to Share: You grant ProjectionHub permission to share your business name and a general description of your business idea (without disclosing any confidential information) for promotional purposes.

Here are some questions we've received about the contest!
Technically, yes! However, a big portion of the prize is our SBA concierge service which is entirely based on helping the winner find and secure SBA funding. It's worth mentioning that SBA loans can be as small as a few thousand dollars from some lenders. Not every applicant needs to be looking for a million dollars!
Yes! We are accepting submission from existing businesses looking to expand their business and are required to create a business plan and financial projections. As well as people trying to acquire an existing business!
That's okay! Actually some of our favorite startups and small businesses to work with are not sexy or ground breaking concepts. We intentionally have created a scorecard for the contest that rewards individuals with ideas that are "unique" in many different ways. A "good idea" can mean things like it's a great/undeniable opportunity or you have years of valuable experience and are ready to set out on your own!
The only information we are planning to share is a business name and vague details about it. If it's something really innovative we won't share any details to give it away!
